Burst of Happiness

Have you ever did an activity had this burst of happiness and then its gone… Well maybe your overdoing it! Sometimes over doing it can get in the way of the original burst you felt from it.
People love this feeling they get from going out but then they keep going out over and over again and then it feels like a job or not as fun.

How about make going out an award? Don’t go out for a month and stay focused on your goals and then reward yourself for pursuing your goals. It will feel a lot better. Not going out for a month you might accomplish a lot and then this burst of natural happiness will flow through your brain.

Sometimes during the holidays people get exhausted from all the holiday parties and going out that they lose the burst! Well take a break and then go out after a few weeks.

It can happen when you shop to much, eat too much, too much sugar, socialize to much its all too much.

Take a break and get your Burst back !
