Writing for Health and Wellness XOXOXO

Quick way to de stress is to write ! Wellness centers everywhere are asking people to write how they feel, and guess what all you need is a pencil/pen and paper ! When you find yourself stressing about life about financial, medical, or relationships or general stuff its good to try to write it down as soon as possible.

Writing right then or ASAP will help you get it out of your system.

Writing can help people reduce anxiety and decrease emotional inhibition. Thinking about an issue or situation and writing about it can help reduce the strong emotional distress your feeling. Thinking it through, or even writing freely will help you either solve the situation or even look at it a different way. Simply writing can help you overcome obstacles, feelings, emotions in a unpleasant situation.

Writing can also heal your heart and help you move forward with your life. You can keep things private or even share if you needed to. Sometimes speaking to someone about how you feel about them or the situation can escalate into something you don’t want so instead writing about it can help you out. You don’t have to share it with the person or anyone. It can be just for you to write or throw away after.

Also, writing some positive thoughts can help you as well. Replacing the negative thoughts with positive can also help influence and change your mindset. Never know what can come out when you write?  Maybe even something funny to cheer you up !! Writing also boosts creativity !! Writing is almost free… all you need is paper and a pencil or pen!
